We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on CG Shortcuts can be refunded within 30 days from purchase.
If you are unhappy with a course and feel that it doesnt live up to your expectations, please let us know by emailing us directly at [email protected].
We will refund the full amount paid for the course minus a £5 admin fee and any payment transaction fees incurred.
We DO NOT offer change of mind refunds.
It is also a requirement that you complete at least 25% of the purchased course to be eligible for a refund.
We DO NOT offer refunds if you have completed over 50% of the course.
Please note if you have downloaded project files, material packs or any other assets you must delete them immediately upon receiving a refund as your usage license will no longer be valid.
We also offer some of our courses on other platforms including Skillshare and Udemy. We DO NOT offer refunds if you have bought a course on CGSHORTCUTS.COURSES that you already have access to on any other platform or intend to purchase elsewhere.
Students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
